In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years charged 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed paid 259 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed paid 279 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed paid 399 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered as 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered as 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered as 12 years old.

Note: in the Classic room type, only one extra bed/portable cot is allowed

• in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, as well as to exclude or change the opening hours of attractions,
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet at the price of 115 PLN / day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and the agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
