Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata zadatku w wysokości 30% wartości pobytu z góry za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online.
W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po jej założeniu i opłaceniu lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu wpłacony zadatek przepada i nie jest zwracany.
Pozostałe 70% wartości rezerwacji należy uiścić w Hotelu przy zameldowaniu.
Rezerwacja jest bezzwrotna - wpłacone kwoty nie podlegają zwrotowi.
