In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the appointed visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

Children's policy:

• one child up to 3 years old stays for FREE, second child up to 3 years old is charged 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6: additional bed costs 189 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12: additional bed costs 219 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18: additional bed costs 269 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• adults: additional bed costs 269 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)

note: Classic-type rooms can accommodate only one extra bed/baby cot

• In case of a stay with three children or more, please contact our Reservation Department at 18 530 30 01,
• The person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations,
  resulting from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining approval of the Hotel,
• Non-use of any part of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, and to disable or change the hours of operation of attractions,
• If there are no rooms in the main building, accommodation will be in a building without a connection to the other facilities in the complex,
• Possibility of arrival with a small pet at a cost of 115 zł/day,
• Offer for individual guests.
