In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, an amount equal to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

one child up to 3 years FREE, second child up to 3 years fee 75 PLN/night
children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 205 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 235 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
children aged 12-18 years extra bed charged 285 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
adults extra bed charged 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)

note: in a Classic room only one extra bed/portable cot is possible

Good to know

for stays with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at tel. 18 530 30 01,
parking for hotel guests is free. When using entry gates 1-3 a refundable deposit is charged
for the gate remote in the amount of PLN 100 (payable in cash upon check-in at Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations,
resulting from the reservation and the agreement to a third party without the Hotel's prior consent,
failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, modify the programme and attractions at the Hotel, and to suspend or change the opening hours of attractions,
if there are no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building not connected to the other facilities in the complex,
small pets are allowed for PLN 115 per night,
offer for individual guests.
