In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the appointment is not cancelled, the amount corresponding to the treatment/treatments will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 289 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 309 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed fee 419 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has reached 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who has reached 5 years old is considered 6 years old, a child who has reached 11 years old is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/portable cot is allowed in a Classic room

• in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel Guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  of 100 PLN for the remote control is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, modify the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the hours of operation of attractions,
• in the event of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN / per day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
