Included in the stay

• accommodation in a comfortable room with a coffee set,
• welcome beverage set in the room,
• television with HBO and Canal+ channels,
• hearty buffet breakfasts are served daily from 7:30–10:30 in the Chopin Restaurant and provide a perfect start to the day for the whole family. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of fresh products, including excellent, aromatic cold cuts and sausages of our own hotel production, prepared according to recipes perfected and enriched over the years. We also serve a complimentary glass of light, sparkling frizzante wine with breakfast, with a subtle aroma of fruits ripened in the southern sun,
• fresh vegetable and fruit juices for custom mixing and delicious waffles,
• a boost of vitamins for the little ones in the form of a nourishing soup (served by the waiter from 13:00–13:30),

Aqua & SPA – relaxation after a day full of thrills

• free access to the AQUA AND FITNESS AREA including: recreational pool with cascades, water jets, geysers, jacuzzi, brine tub, children's paddling pool, relaxation in the dry and steam saunas, 18+ sauna area with jacuzzi and experience shower, gym/Cardio studio,
• free use of the outdoor relaxation and SPA renewal area: Finnish saunas, warm jacuzzi, igloo for relaxation and outdoor pool for cold-water bathing, lifeguard supervision. The area is open daily from 11:00–20:00, except on Fridays and Sundays, when it is available from 11:00–18:00. From 19:00 on Fridays and Sundays there are paid additional sauna sessions (PLN 40 for 3 sessions).

Near Hotel Czarny Potok there are several professionally prepared ski complexes with artificial snowmaking and lighting: the Dimbo ski kindergarten right next to the hotel, Jaworzyna Krynicka – 900 m from the hotel, Słotwiny Arena – 7.5 km, Henryk SKI – 5 km, in Tylicz Master SKI and Tylicz SKI – 11 km. Additionally, cross-country skiing trails by Leśnicy on Czarny Potok street towards Jaworzyna.

FAMILY PARK DIMBO KRYNICA-ZDRÓJ located right next to Hotel Czarny Potok (only 170 m), is a family ski area ideal for beginners and young skiers, featuring children's slopes, snowtubing, ski school and kindergarten, and a rental of new HEAD equipment. For hotel guests there is a special offer: PLN 300 discount off regular prices for a 5-day group course + 1 snowtubing ride (once per stay) and importantly NO PREPAYMENT required for courses. Payment for the ski course is made on-site at Family Park DIMBO, according to the special offer for hotel guests. Guest verification is done by presenting the Family Park Dimbo leaflet stamped by Hotel Czarny Potok. The leaflets are available at the hotel's main reception.

Szkoła Jaworzyna Ski & Snowboard is a licensed ski and snowboard school on Jaworzyna Krynicka, teaching everyone – from toddlers, through youth, to adults – in a safe, joyful atmosphere with experienced instructors. As part of it, the Polar Bear Academy offers 5-day courses for the youngest skiers (ages 4–9) and snowboarders conducted through play, with an individual approach to age and skill level, rewards for progress and additional activities.
