If you cancel reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not cancelled, an amount equal to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

one child up to 3 years FREE, second child up to 3 years fee PLN 75/night
children aged 3-6 extra bed PLN 205/night (accommodation, breakfast)
children aged 6-12 extra bed PLN 235/night (accommodation, breakfast)
children aged 12-18 extra bed PLN 285/night (accommodation, breakfast)
adults extra bed PLN 285/night (accommodation, breakfast)

note: in a Classic room only one extra bed/crib is possible

Parking for hotel guests is free. When using entrance gates 1-3 a refundable deposit is charged
for the remote control in the amount of PLN 100 (payable in cash upon check-in at Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
The person who made the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations,
arising from the reservation and the agreement to a third party without the Hotel's prior consent,
Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to modify the program and attractions at the hotel,
If there are no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building not connected to the other facilities in the complex,
