In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old charge 65 PLN/night
children aged 3-6 years extra bed charge 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
children aged 6-12 years extra bed charge 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
children aged 12-18 years extra bed charge 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
adults extra bed charge 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)

note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in Classic type rooms

Good to know

in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
for the remote control in the amount of 100 PLN (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations,
arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
the Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel,
in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN /per day,
offer for individual Guests.
