In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years 65 PLN/night,
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charge 350 PLN/night,
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charge 371 PLN/night,
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed charge 478 PLN/night​​.

A child who has reached 3 years of age is considered 4 years old, a child who has reached 5 years of age is considered 6 years old, a child who has reached 11 years of age is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/portable cot is possible in a Classic room

• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• parking for hotel Guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  for the remote control in the amount of PLN 100 is charged (payable in cash at the Reception upon check-in) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices as well as to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet at the price of PLN 115 / day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
