In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years FREE, second child up to 3 years fee 65 PLN/night,
• children aged 3-6 extra bed fee 319 PLN/night,
• children aged 6-12 extra bed fee 349 PLN/night,
• children aged 12-18 and adults extra bed fee 499 PLN/night​​.

A child who has completed the 3rd year of life is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has completed the 5th year of life is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has completed the 11th year of life is considered to be 12 years old.

Note: in a Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is available

• the non-use of any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a cost of 115 zł /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual guests.
