In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the scheduled treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years FREE, second child up to 3 years fee 65 PLN/night,
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 319 PLN/night,
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 349 PLN/night,
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed charged 499 PLN/night​​.

A child who has completed 3 years is considered 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years is considered 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/portable cot is allowed in Classic type rooms

• Not using any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• Parking for hotel Guests is free. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  of 100 PLN for the remote control is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• In case of unavailability of rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building not connected to the other facilities in the complex,
• Possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN / night,
• The person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• The offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
