The person making the reservation is not authorized to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent from the Hotel,
Parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
for the remote control in the amount of 100 PLN (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) is required – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
Failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the opening hours of attractions,
In case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
