If you wish to cancel your booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equal to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of your stay.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child under 3 years is FREE, the second child under 3 has a fee of 50 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 have a payable extra bed at 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 have a payable extra bed at 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 have a payable extra bed at 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered to be 12 years old.

Note: in a Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• the non-utilization of any element of the package does not result in a reduction of its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of unavailability of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /day,
• the booker is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent from the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
