If you wish to cancel booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILD STAY BOOKING POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years FREE, second child up to 3 years fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 307 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 328 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed fee 457 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has reached 3 years is considered 4 years old, a child who has reached 5 years is considered 6 years old, a child who has reached 11 years is considered 12 years old.

Note: in a Classic room only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• a child who has turned 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who has turned 5 years old is considered 6 years old, a child who has turned 11 years old is considered 12 years old,
• only one extra bed/portable cot is possible in a Classic room,
• in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel Guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  for the remote control of 100 PLN is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the hours of operation of attractions,
• in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN / day,
• the person making the reservation is not authorized to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
