In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equal to the value of the booked treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

Good to know

in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
of 100 PLN for the remote control is required (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations
arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, program, and attractions at the Hotel as well as to exclude or change the hours of operation of attractions,
if there are no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN /night,
