In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

Good to know
  • in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
  • parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
    for the remote control in the amount of 100 PLN is required (to be paid in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
  • the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations
    resulting from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
  • non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
  • the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the hours of operation of attractions,
  • in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
  • possibility of arrival with a small pet at a price of 115 PLN / day,

Cancellation conditions
Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata zadatku w wysokości 30% wartości pobytu z góry za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po jej założeniu i opłaceniu lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu wpłacony zadatek przepada i nie jest zwracany. Pozostałe 70% wartości rezerwacji należy uiścić w Hotelu przy zameldowaniu. Rezerwacja jest bezzwrotna - wpłacone kwoty nie podlegają zwrotowi. W przypadku braku pokoi w budynku głównym zakwaterowanie nastąpi w budynku bez łącznika z pozostałymi obiektami w kompleksie.
Child policy
One child under 3 years of age FREE, second child under 3 years of age charged 55 PLN/day. A child who is over 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who is over 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who is over 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old. The amount of the child fee depends on the chosen offer of stay.
Animal policy
Possibility to come with a small pet - 115 PLN/day. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
