If you wish to cancel booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, a charge equivalent to the cost of the scheduled treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILD POLICY:

• One child under 3 FREE OF CHARGE, second child under 3 a fee of 55 PLN/night,
• children aged 3-6 extra bed charge 499 PLN/night,
• children aged 6-12 extra bed charge 539 PLN/night,
• children aged 12-18 extra bed charge 629 PLN/night​,
  when booking a stay with a child aged 12-17, please contact the Reservation Department at 18 530 30 01, for stays with three or more children please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• adult extra bed charge 729 PLN/night.

A child who has completed the third year of life is considered a 4 years old, a child who has completed the fifth year of life is considered a 6 years old, a child who has completed the eleventh year of life is considered a 12 years old.

Note: In the Classic-type room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to modify the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of no availability in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the remaining facilities in the complex,
• possibility to stay with a small pet for a price of 115 PLN /night,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and contract to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated for individual Guests.
