In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 265 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 287 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed fee 393 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is allowed in Classic type rooms

• in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  of 100 PLN is charged for the remote control (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• non-utilization of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, as well as to exclude or change the operating hours of attractions,
• in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to come with a small pet for a price of 115 PLN / per day - please contact the Reservations Department in advance at 18 530 30 01 or 18 530 30 00,
• the person making the reservation is not authorized to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated for individual Guests.
