In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 265 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 287 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed fee 393 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has reached 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who has reached 5 years old is considered 6 years old, a child who has reached 11 years old is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is allowed in Classic rooms

• in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel Guests is free of charge. When using entry gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  of 100 PLN for the remote control is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, as well as to disable or change the opening hours of attractions,
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet at the price of 115 PLN /day - please contact the Reservations Department in advance at 18 530 30 01 or 18 530 30 00,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and the contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
