March Weekend with Yoga at Czarny Potok Resort SPA & Conference***** allows you to slow down, focus on your own needs, and spend time in harmony — on the mat, in the SPA zone, and in the mountain surroundings of Krynica-Zdrój. It is an excellent offer both for yourself, for a joint trip with a loved one — a friend, mother, or in a women's group, or as a gift.

This will be time just for you! – to listen to your body's needs, calm your mind, and find balance.
The program includes: daily yoga practice, meditation and pranayama sessions, deep relaxation with therapeutic instruments, yoga Nidra, and conscious skincare workshops.

Yoga classes will be led by Wiktoria Rogala – a yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience, passionate about meditation and aromatherapy. In her work, she combines mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, creating a space conducive to calm and regeneration.

The workshop program has been planned to ensure a balance between practice and rest – without rush, in an atmosphere of harmony and mindfulness.
