If you wish to cancel the booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the arranged treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

POLICY ON CHILDREN:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE OF CHARGE, a second child up to 3 years old charged 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 309 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 359 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed charged 469 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed the 3rd year of life is considered as a 4-year-old, a child who has completed the 5th year of life is considered as a 6-year-old, a child who has completed the 11th year of life is considered as a 12-year-old. 

Note: in a Classic type room only one extra bed/baby cot is possible

• in case of staying with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, and to exclude or change the operating hours of attractions,
• in the event of a lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the rest of the complex,
• the possibility of arrival with a small pet for a price of 115 PLN /night,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
