It's a time when Krynica-Zdrój calms down, and the trails just beyond the hotel doorstep invite you for intimate walks among golden leaves. After a day full of experiences, relax in the Aqua & Wellness area or enjoy treatments at the Mountain Spa. On selected dates from Sunday to Thursday in October and November – the lowest accommodation price of the season awaits you!

Enjoy a unique stay in a comfortable room with a coffee set and HBO and Canal+ channels, as well as special discounts of 20% on SPA offers and 10% on gastronomy offers.

Every morning, rich breakfasts await you in buffet form (or served*) from 7:30 to 10:30. For adults, we serve a complimentary glass of light, sparkling frizzante wine with a subtle aroma of fruits ripened in the southern sun.

Among the morning flavors, there will be fresh vegetable and fruit juices for self-composition and delicious, crispy waffles.

For entertainment lovers – free games at the bowling alley (4 professional lanes, shoe rental, and bar with comfortable sofas, prior reservation required). Darts, billiards, and ping-pong are also available – perfect for evening activities.

Guests have unlimited and free access to the Aqua & Fitness Zone, which includes:

  • a recreational pool with cascades, water jets, geysers, and jacuzzi,
  • a brine bath, a children's paddling pool,
  • relaxation in dry and steam saunas,
  • an 18+ sauna zone with jacuzzi and sensation shower (except during exclusive reservation hours),
  • outdoor and indoor gym,
  • outdoor Finnish sauna and jacuzzi (booking a day in advance at the main reception)**, outdoor pool currently open as a cooling bath after saunas or for winter bathing.

Guests can also use the tennis court and multifunctional field (basketball, volleyball, football, tennis)**, and try their skills at the largest Mini Golf in the region – as many as 36 holes and 5 levels of difficulty**.

For the youngest guests, we have prepared all-day animations and activities in the Kids Club and on the hotel's extensive grounds – all according to the hotel schedule.

In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

Children policy:

  • one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
  • children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
  • children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
  • children aged 12-18 years extra bed charged 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
  • adults extra bed charged 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is allowed in a Classic room

Good to know
  • in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
  • parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entry gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
    of 100 PLN for the remote control is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
  • the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations,
    arising from the reservation and the agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
  • not using any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
  • the Hotel reserves the right to change prices as well as to change the program and attractions in the hotel,
  • in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
  • possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN /day,
  • offer for individual guests.

Cancellation conditions
Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata zadatku w wysokości 30% wartości pobytu z góry za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po jej założeniu i opłaceniu lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu wpłacony zadatek przepada i nie jest zwracany. Pozostałe 70% wartości rezerwacji należy uiścić w Hotelu przy zameldowaniu. Rezerwacja jest bezzwrotna - wpłacone kwoty nie podlegają zwrotowi. W przypadku braku pokoi w budynku głównym zakwaterowanie nastąpi w budynku bez łącznika z pozostałymi obiektami w kompleksie.
Child policy
One child under 3 years of age FREE, second child under 3 years of age charged 55 PLN/day. A child who is over 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who is over 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who is over 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old. The amount of the child fee depends on the chosen offer of stay.
Animal policy
Possibility to come with a small pet - 115 PLN/day. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
Parking - information
Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
