Classic rooms with a balcony for an additional charge of 25 PLN/day - please contact the Reservation Department at 18 530 30 01, excellent SPA treatments *, hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments => see more, sessions in the modern KRIOSAUN at a special price, individual nanny care, bike rental, well-equipped GAME ROOM (basketball, simulators, air hockey, pinball and many more - paid for with coins). *Please book spa treatments in advance at 18 530 30 04 or recepcjaspa@czarnypotok.com. In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the appointment. If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

for stays with three children and more, please call the reservations department at 18 530 30 01. 18 530 30 01, failure to use any of the elements included in the package does not result in a reduction in its value, the Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the programme and attractions at the hotel, in case of lack of rooms in the main building accommodation will be provided in the building without a connecting passage to other buildings in the complex, it is possible to come with a small pet at the price of 109 PLN /day, the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without the prior consent of the Hotel, the offer is dedicated to individual guests. *promotional price applies to stays until the end of November this year.

Cancellation conditions
A deposit of 50% of the value of the stay in advance via the online payment system is required to make a reservation. If the booking is cancelled after it has been made and paid for, or if the guest does not turn up at the hotel on the day of arrival, the deposit paid will be lost and will not be refunded. The remaining 50% of the reservation value must be paid at the hotel upon check-in. In the absence of rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in the building without a connecting link to the other buildings in the complex."
Child policy
One child under 3 years of age FREE, second child under 3 years of age charged 55 PLN/day. A child who is over 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who is over 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who is over 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old. The amount of the child fee depends on the chosen offer of stay.
Animal policy
Possibility to come with a small pet - 115 PLN/day. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
Parking - information
Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
