In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, an amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

A child who has reached 3 years of age is considered 4 years old, a child who has reached 5 years of age is considered 6 years old, a child who has reached 11 years of age is considered 12 years old.
