In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old a charge of 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 289 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed charged 419 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years is considered 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years is considered 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/portable cot is possible in a Classic room

• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices as well as to change the program and attractions in the hotel,
• if there are no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building not connected to other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN /night,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
