It lies in the main ridge of the Radziejowa Range, between the Wielki Rogacz, from which it is separated by the Żłobki Pass, and the massif of Złomisty Wierch located behind the Długa Pass. Before the Długa Pass there is an unconfined culmination of Mt Mały Radziejowa (1207 m). The main ridge, looking from the west, turns right on Radziejowa, to the south, while a side ridge culminating in Jaworzyna, running towards the Wielka Roztoka valley, and a small ridge of Magorzyca branches out to the north.
